Spring Workshop: The Wild Bergamot Mother

Updated: Jan 27

Hello all

I hope you're well.

I'm newly introducing a new blended workshop for March that brings together the best of English seasonal flowers for early Spring, and the benefits of using Bergamot as both a garden plant and as an uplifting essential oil.

I'd love you to join me for this workshop on Saturday, 29 March 10.00 to 12.30pm at Brinscall Hall (Dick Lane, Brinscall, PR6 8QL) where we will create a bouquet of seasonal flowers in honour of Mother Nature and all the mothers we are as gardeners, seed sowers, and caretakers.

We’ll wrap our bouquets in Kraft paper for you to take home or gift forward to the mother figures in your life; be they family or friend.

We’ll explore what seasonality means and why we need to embrace the seasons in order to feel grounded, and I’ll later introduce you to Bergamot, both as a perennial plant that flowers later in the year, and the benefits of using it as an essential oil for its calming, cooling effect in Spring.

You’ll take away your hand crafted bouquet, a small sample of Wild Bergamot oil for your personal use, and a Bergamot seedling to plant, tend, and grow on to enjoy during the summer months.

A simple vegetarian lunch is included. Please advise of any other dietary requirements on booking.

Investment in this scent filled half day is £75 per person payable directly, please, by emailing me at contactme@themindfulseasonalist.com for booking confirmation and payment details.

There is also the opportunity to stay a little longer into the afternoon, if you’d like, when Paula from @withnellstudio tells her own seasonal story and introduces you to her sustainable clothing brand.

Tickets for this additional session are available on Eventbrite here

This is a day of absolute delights for you to enjoy, or gift to someone you know will love it too.

I'm really looking forward to seeing you.

Please be in touch ifyou have any questions.

Warmly,

Tracey
